Promotional Music Flyer

This was a mini project I had in year 1, to make a promotional flyer for a band or sport event. I chose one of my favourite small local indie bands in London. There were doing an apparent tour in Europe so I made them a poster for their actual tour. I later sent them an Instagram DM to see if they were intrigued but it turned out I must have heard false news as they assured me they were not touring but appreciated the poster regardless.

In conclusion, I was happy that the band liked the posters even if they weren't used for their non-existing event. The biggest thing I learned from this was by reaching out to creators of all sizes, there is a much higher chance you will land a client than waiting for them to come to you.
